Get Precise Solutions For All Your Welding Needs

Unlike brazing and brazing, which do not melt the base metal, welding is a high-temperature process that melts the base material. Typically with the addition of a filler material.

The high temperature heat causes a weld pool of molten material that cools to form the joint, which may be stronger than the base metal. Pressure can also be used to produce a weld alongside heat or on its own.

It allows our experienced welders to weld any type of house column or a variety of metals you need. Our skilled technicians use modern MAG  and gas metal arc welding equipment to weld  a wide variety of materials, from very light gauge to heavy gauge items  .

YKG Metal welding laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art systems and process technologies. A team of qualified welding metallurgists, welding engineers and welders is on hand to answer our customers' questions about welding techniques in complex projects, every step of the way.

MAG WELDING:   Tungsten electrode, which is a consumable in use, produces arc and creates welding operation on the workpiece.

GAS-GAS WELDING:  It is an arc welding method in which the heat required for welding is generated by the arc formed between a depleted electrode and the workpiece.

SPOT WELDING:  The heat obtained by the electric current and the resistance to the current serves the welding process at the junction of two metal objects.
